TERRA VISTA LANDSCAPES LAUNCHES ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DIVISION

GREENVILLE, SC -Terra Vista Landscapes, LLC has launched an Environmental Services Division that offers professional erosion control services such as installation of silt fencing and other sediment barriers, and on-site consultation and design recommendations for proper drainage and water control.

“Erosion control is a huge issue in our area, with city and county regulations now in effect that require a storm water management and sediment control plan for any development that disturbs more than one-half acre of dirt,” said Greenville homebuilder Thomas Dillard, president of Dillard-Jones Builders and a principal of Terra Vista Landscapes. “Our extensive local field experience gives Terra Vista Landscapes the ability to recommend, design and install environmental solutions that are practical and effective.”

Terra Vista Landscapes was founded in 2006 to offer a turnkey option for builders and homeowners wishing to design, install and maintain outdoor living spaces and hardscapes. Services also include irrigation and drainage design and mapping, and expert advice on trees, shrubs and perennials, according to company Horticulturalist Kevin Davis.
